Vipassana Fellowship produces supported online and multimedia training courses. Our courses explore a spiritual tradition and its meditation practices. They are not intended, and must not be used, as a substitute for conventional psychotherapy or medical treatment for existing mental health conditions. When you subscribe to one of our courses you are entering a service contract with us. We do not sell course content, but license it for personal use for a specified period. Courses have a fixed duration and, in order to provide adequate personal support, limited places are available for each session. In accordance with United Kingdom consumer protection and distance selling legislation we have a "cooling off" period and you may cancel your subscription up to 7 working days after the date on which you submit payment. In these circumstances a full refund will be given. This cancellation right ceases on the day the course begins or when it is accessed (whichever is the earlier) . Other refunds will be at the discretion of the fellowship.
At Vipassana Fellowship we want you to be happy with your purchases. In addition to your automatic right of cancellation, we have a "total satisfaction" guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us at our Southport office in good condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item less a nominal charge of USD $10 for handling and re-stocking. We will be happy to refund the purchase price in full if the return is a result of our error or a defect.(This does not apply to software provided as part of our course services.)
